Good sweet sticky rice

Quick and authentic Thai food from a friendly family. No indoor seating, only take out and waiting chairs. Pretty quick service. The crab cheese Appetizer is the best!

It’s hard to choose a rating for this place. The food tastes like 5 stars and I thought the people were nice too. But I called to say that my order was too spicy because I’m burning up from two bites (I only ordered spicy level 1 out of 5) and I got my head bit off by an employee. I called because I wanted to pick up a new order with zero spicy but I didn’t even get that far before she started yelling at me. She finished with “this is thai spicy, Chinese spicy, nobody complains ok” and hung up on me. That’s not what you’re supposed to do. You can say it’s how it is and I need to order differently but you shouldn’t berate your customers like that. She was incredibly rude. I called back and talked to someone else who apologized and kept explaining the spice levels. Listen. It’s not the spice that I’m mad about. It’s the employee yelling at me. Next time your employee yells at a customer, and it won’t be at me, offer them a free meal, fire that employee for not learning anything from this, and try not to lose another customer over her. The food is excellent which is my loss. Bye forever, ex-favorite Thai place.
