Dedication to detail, and they add the love to every piece that enters the broaster. Perfectly moist, crunchy texture. Wonderful flavor profile from their marinade.
Unfortunately they're closing 11/04 for the season. Expect them to return around St Patrick's Day 2019 for their 61st yr.
They ran out of ice cream just before closing on Saturday. At least we had a chicken dinner... winner winner!
I look forward to trying a hand formed burger and shake next March.
