Pizza Hut

Long post:
Ordered online and went to pick up. While on my way I was trying to call to ask about the pricing because it had one deal $10.99 "ANY pizza" but charged $17.99. Then the $5.99 2-topping but it charged me $10.99. I never got an answer and I arrived at the store. Turns out they were all out of cheese...yes, CHEESE!!! So they were unable to make anything that I had ordered anyway. The lady infront of me they had to make one of her pizzas thin crust instead of what she ordered and they issued her a credit. I wasn't offered any compensation for driving out there for nothing, just a refund????then I had to order and drive to the other location and wait. Talk about inconvenient.

So we ordered over $50.00 of food from Pizza Hut in Aurora on Orchard. When I arrived to pick up our Online Order, there was 2 people waiting inside, when I came in I had to wait 10 mins. before the employee even acknowledged I was there and about 15 mins. before she came to the counter. Food was ready, but even with claim to check the order, still missed an item, but when we called the manager gave a double the money for the missed item back via store credit for future. The food was Very Good, looked Delicious, satisfied our hunger!
