Open Range Southwest Grill

Service was slow at start took awhile for someone to show, but once he did service was good hence forth. First time there so we tried the jack Daniels tiger shrimp for appetizer beer good and not heavy. I had the steak fajitas very good very tasty and good amount on the fajitas part and on the rice, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole fixtures. My wife had ceder salmon with the home made Max and cheese and green beans, all very good I tasted the beans and the Mac and cheese and both were fantastic. So far I recommend the place and we will return.

We like this place and like the food, BUT we won't be going back any time soon. We went there for the breakfast buffet this morning and met another couple so we sat together. We both had coupons for 50% off the buffet, however they would not let both couples use their coupons per the manager. You can understand our disappointment! What difference does it make if we sit at separate tables or share one, none!!! We usually tip at 20% of the full price meals, but we didn't today. Why put out coupons if people can't use them? Think about it!!!

The service was just as amazing as the food! What a quality restaurant! Our waitress was excellent, and the whole place had such a nice family friendly feel! I will definitely go again!

Sorry that Marleen and Chuck are leaving.

We've lived in this neighborhood for 22 years and we frequent Open Range 4 to 6 times a month. Or at least we have since Marleen and Chuck have been involved. We stopped going there for several years when the service was so poor that we felt we were not welcome. That changed with Marleen and Chuck. I hope their departure is not the continuation of a new trend.

The food here is much better than typical pub food and reasonably priced for the quality but we are less focused on the food than how we feel at our neighborhood watering hole. While perhaps a bit less convenient, there are many places we can go to have a bite or watch a game but getting a welcoming smile when we walk in the door is what has kept us coming back to Open Range.

The food is great, the service is better and the staff are very wonderful and attentive.
They have a lot delicious food on the menu. We recently rented the loft for a birthday party, the waitress and the servers did a great job.
I can't say enough good things about this restaurant and the staff, it has a great atmosphere, friendly attentive staff, good prices, excellent quality food. What more could you ask for? If you haven't been here before you will be very pleased anytime you visit. (Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner)
