    The Mexican 3 milk was dry! The Italian cannoli was better. This chain can and do put out a more quality product. Back to the mom an pops I go.

    Food was great. Eggs seemed a bit undercooked, but everything else was awesome. Service could have been a bit faster, as it wasn't that busy. Staff was nice and checked on us quite a few times.

    Pretty average IHOP. Saturday morning staff didn't put a lot of effort into looking happy to be there... I was lucky enough to get a pre used napkin so that was fun. Food was good though.

    Service for a Sunday lunch was bad. Our food took at least 45 minutes and still it all wasn't served at the same time. We had to ask for drink refills and we were never asked if additional pancakes were wanted with the "all-you-can-eat". The food was tasty but we did watch it in the window a few minutes before it was served. It's a shame that customer service isn't an importance given the price paid for food nowadays.
