Red Lobster

Not a terrible experience, but not the best. Rice and baked potato were overcooked. Broccoli wasn't cooked enough. Lobster was extremely chewy. But there were a few good things. The server and service in total was excellent. We got our appetizer and entrees at average speed. The server was extremely nice and we made a bit of small talk. Scallops, shrimp, and salmon were all cooked perfectly. Mashed potatoes were very creamy and well seasoned. Overall, I have mixed feelings.

Had a very nice meal. The workers are all friendly. Food was fresh and delicious. Restaurant was clean and well maintained.

I come here relatively often as I love crab legs. The service is hit or miss... Just depends on who ya get, I guess. My dinner was just fine, the crab legs are pretty hard to mess up! We also had the maple glazed chicken. He said the sauce was delicious. The one down side that we've noticed is any of the Alfredo dishes. It seems that they've changed their sauce. It's no longer a creamy Alfredo sauce. It's some weird buttery looking sauce that we were told is supposed to be some kind of white wine sauce. So, not sure why it's still called Alfredo... Also, the caprese salad was nothing like the picture and absolutely disgusting. They add red onions and soak it in balsamic vinegar. Unless you like the vinegar taste to overpower everything else, stay away from this side dish!

I was fortunate enough to have lunch with a friend at Red Lobster again just two days ago! Like my many dozens of visits to this Red Lobster over the years, both of our meals were cooked & grilled to absolute perfection, and our server took very good care of us. I highly recommend this particular Red Lobster to all without hesitation!! Have a great meal and a great day!!!
