This was my second time eating there. We had wings before the soft open and they were absolutely delicious. Passed the word around and went the other day and was a bit disappointed. The girl who took my order acted as if she did not want to be there and I could barely hear her speak, it was like she was talking under her breath. The owner was there and could not have been more pleasant and was making sure with each customer they got what they needed and let them know it is cooked fresh and takes a few minutes. When I got home, the wings were still really hot and cooked through but they tasted like the cooking grease and were not well seasoned. The fries were barely cooked and did not taste good. Will give another try down the road. Sometimes it takes a bit to work all the bugs out. Hopefully they will improve.

Easily best chicken place in town. Even in their soft opening phase, service and food was amazing. The lady at the register was accommodating and informative about menu options and the food came out hot and fresh. Will absolutely be back!!
It's here: Harold's Chicken in Bourbonnais. We saw several vehicles in the parking lot and decided that this was the place for dinner. New business and it was busy tonight! Keep in mind that they are a new business/location and they are in their SOFT OPENING phase of their business (SEE POSTED PICTURE). They were pleasant and accommodating as the line grew longer. FYI: seating is limited to a few booths at this time.
