I don't know if my first post got deleted or what but I just wanted to share a little of my experiences with this specific store in general!! I will start with the employees and I really hope this is seen by the owner and recognized two specific employees go out of there way to help and always help my day mind you I spend thousands of dollars here monthly!! Mary is always so sweet to my daughter when I bring her in there mind you this is a convenient gas station which she does not haft to do the things she does but kudos too whoever hired her I think she needs to be rewarded for her kindness mind you your employees go out of their way to help!! Well I went out of my way to make sure your gas station did not blow up and put a garbage can out that was on fire. Mind you Nathan another employee that will go out of his way which is a newer employer there I get upset at home I can go up there buy a pack of smokes and in a great mood by the time I walk out the door. Your looking so hard for employment here because why the turn over rate owner? Because it's not management because you have two of the best managers I have interacted with just for instance I went in there one day and I left my debit card at home and I had pumps Fuel and bought a couple things and who comes out and buys pays for my purchase Melanie she paid for it so with this all being said I think that your employees need a bit more recognition for what they do and another thing Melanie did for me you guys were getting your building painted well some idiot decided to paint a square on the entrance way and it got on my coat well Melanie went outside and pulled them back in and let me tell you I had been a manager I've been a supervisor she was very professional about it she had me a new coat cash in my hand within 20 minutes because it was unacceptable so this is going for four of your managers because Brad is another one I have yet to see any of your other management be outside doing whatever it is being done he has helped me and came along way as assistant manager in his position in my eyes. But my honest opinion this is why you have help wanted posters so over your store because you have done gems working there. The problem is the higher ups wanna sit behind a desk and point fingers well get out and do their jobs yeah you can tell me that's how I started and tomorrow I'm gonna be there President. Not trying to be rude just saying it's simple take a bit better care of them 4 individuals expecially because you can't say they are not loyal or they call off to much because I see them daily just all I ask is take some of what I'm saying and you be a very successful company!! Btw Melanie Brad Mary and Nathan thank you for everything that you guys have done for me you get rid of them you lose a customer that's there at least 3 times a day. Thank you take care and much respect to you employees and everything you have done for my family!!!
