Rigo's Place

Easter brunch was good. Service was good. Our waiter was good but he was also manning the bar. There was a place for French toast but spot was empty. Potato salad was excellent ????. Prime rib could use more seasoning. Very bland. Biscuits and gravy good, eggs Benedict was very good. Bow tie pasta dish was a favorite. Decor was really nice. Bus people were on the ball, no dishes sat for any time at all. First time eating there, will be back!

Good food and service. Went at lunch with a large party and it was still pretty quick service.

The place looked amazing the service is great the food was really good except a couple of things. The cream of asparagus soup barely had any asparagus in it tasted bland. The champagne sauce tasted like ragu with chives. If they improved on some of their sauces and maybe added a garlic aioli sauce option for their outstanding crab cakes the place would be five stars in my opinion. The price was reasonable. Their fettuccine was fantastic

Staff were very friendly. Hidden gem in Kankakee, close to theater, great for a date night. Waiter made a great food recommendation. Food was delicious.

Fine dining in a casual atmosphere. The building is in downtown Kankakee and is old and drafty but it has a ton of character. Food is amazing. The menu is interesting and has choices for everyone. Bread is fresh and delicious. Definitely try this place!
