(November 3, 2018, 4:13 pm)Was almost a perfect experience because they didnt rush me with ordering, they were fast with getting my order ready, and everything was correct....The not so perfect part was the girl at the front taking orders looked absolutely miserable being there, and the hashbrowns were burnt. Overall other then those two things, everything else was great.
Update Review... We have now been here a number of times and each time there is always something wrong.. They either forget to give us our whole order or forget to charge us something so we dont get it. Today we ordered two large vanilla chais which weren't even filled up all the way! Will be attaching a picture to show.. Also it tastes watered down so I am very disappointed... -

(August 24, 2018, 7:19 am)Quite new, looks great and clean from inside. Staff need more training as they were new and were trying their best but could see that they were not experience which is fine as well. Hope they keep up the standards and cleanliness in the near future. Will visit soon.

(July 8, 2018, 7:33 pm)This Oswego location is EXCELLENT. Clean, quick friendly service, items always fresh and they don't rip you off on drink sizes (see my review about the Broadway St shop in Aurora which is the worst DD in creation.)
