Giordano's

Always been a fan of Giordanos but this location has a great staff who's service is unmatched in my opinion. The Chefs are amazing as well will be coming back more often!

What Can I say? This Giordanos location’s staff, managers and overall establishment is amazing. Not only is the food fresh and flavorful , but they also go above and beyond to exceed the guest’s expectations. My family and I came in to eat and the experience was great. We were given a warm welcome by the staff as soon as we entered. Food came out on time and was delicious! As we were leaving a young man made sure to open the door for my mother in law, I am forever thankful!
Overall amazing. Not to mention they have just remodeled and the atmosphere feels so much different! Way to go Giordanos you never fail to serve us right.
If you are looking for quality Chicago Style food, then this is the place for you. Thank you for taking the time to read this I felt that it was necessary!

I highly Recommend the chicken club sandwich. Staff is always attentive and managers are always there to help. Overall best Giordano’s location!!

Within 24hrs of my original review I was contacted by email by the General Manager. I was shocked that I was responded to all...much less so quickly. She went above and beyond to let me know she was sorry for what happened and wanted me as a customer. I was able to enjoy my pizza a few days later and another manager even apologized when I picked up my order.

Blown away by how much they care about their customers and I now understand how busy Valentine's day can be for them.

Looking forward to enjoying many more pizzas from the Oswego location!!!!

Initial Review...
I received my confirmation email for my order at 5:21 pm for a 7:00 pm pickup. I arrived at 7:05 and once I got to the cashier I was given my total and I asked for the pizza before I paid. I was told it would be a few minutes until someone could tell me if it was ready. I told him I would like an update in 10 minutes. No updates nothing, finally at 7:25 I went back up and was told they had no idea where in the process my pizza was so I left. I am so glad I did not prepay.
