La Cantinita LLC

I wanted to love this restaurant because of the courteous staff, and decor , however I could only give it 3 stars.
The menu is limited and the portions were small. I ordered the pricey shrimp tacos and the shrimp were chopped too small for my taste.
I asked for hot sauce twice and assured the sauce that accompanied the order was hot. It wasn't hot by my standards. I ate two of the tacos, left, and went down to Academy Street where I indulged in the shrimp fajitas at another establishment.

Incredible restraunt! Clean, sleek, great staff, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere. My wife and I love eating her. There beer and drink selection is very generous. The burritos and tacos were top notch.

Today a work friend invited me for lunch at La Cantinita and boy am I glad she did. The atmosphere is incredible. Colorful, hip, inviting and clean. Lots to look at but not overwhelming or cluttered. We both enjoyed steak tacos.. fresh and so good. There was a spicy green sauce that was so good and another chipotle style sauce on the side. The Hibiscus tea was also very delicious. I can’t wait to go back when I can enjoy an adult beverage! Our service was excellent. A very nice place to stop and meet friends and pretend you’re on vacation.

What a great place to hang. Try the Tiki Baum! It’s great. The patio is comfortable or sit in the bar area and enjoy the music. The staff is great! Go there, have a great time. Thank me!
