Steak 'n Shake

Always great food and normally great service. The manager Rhonda was very friendly and helpful. The two young third shift waiters were as well.

Not too bad. Burger was good with pepper jack cheese. I'm just not a fan of skinny fries. They should serve "steak" fries.

We were seated right away and then our orders were taken right away. The wait on the food was longer than we expected. There was a large piece of fat on my sister's chicken sandwich. We ordered the parmesan fries and they were pretty bland. We added the seasoning that sat on the table and that made it much better. My grilled chicken was great, and my mom said that her burger was amazing and that her coleslaw was wonderful. Portions were a good size, very affordable. Three meals under twenty dollars! Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Overall happy with our dinner. Thank you!

They forgot to give me my fries with my order. I had to turn around after I was down the street quite a distance from the restaurant & then go through the drive-up again & wait to get my fries. They gave me fresh fries, but by then I had already eaten the burger by itself & then had to eat the fries by themselves too. They offered me no compensation or free food as a result of the mistake on their part. In fact, the person who had packed my order knew it had gone out without the fries.
