Panera Bread

I have received better customer service at other locations. This location does not have kiosks. There was no thank you from the cashier, no eye contact, not even a "Have a nice night." He did not ask for my rewards number, I had to remind him to put it in. The tables were dirty and there was no one attending to the dining room. My sandwich was thrown together sloppily-- the french onion soup was at least the same quality, and thank goodness my visit ended on a good note-- my almond raspberry thumbprint cookie was delicious.

Panera is great, everyone loves Panera and every location is definitely different.

I decided to go through the drive thru and try the new Tomato Bacon Grilled Cheese. After paying and waiting for the food in my car, I can hear the employees yelling as they tell stories and laugh. It was super loud.

For being a grilled cheese sandwich, it barely had any cheese, very dry. I opened the sandwich to see if it even had cheese. It had some sun dried tomatoes bunched in the middle and zero bacon. Overall, a very sad little sandwich.

I love to work remotely at Panera. They cater to that crowd (and students) by having many convenient outlets and free WiFi. Just be respectful and don't stay all day refilling one cup of coffee. That would be rude! ???? I usually also have a breakfast item of some sort, or eat lunch. Love their food!
