Hong Kong Chop Suey

I go out of my way to pickup Hong Kong chop suey. Best Chinese in the burbs. Not sure how they are sooo much better then every other place in the suburbs. They just are.

The food is great! However, I am rating a 3 from my various lunch experiences. The lunch is $5-$7 and they won't take a credit/debit card unless the charge is $10 or more. This is not only breaking the terms with the credit card company, but aggravating. I don't go often enough to remember this and they should tell you on the phone upon ordering. I have had to tell them they need to take my card, or nothing due to having no cash on me, to get them to run it. It is better to go in groups or dinner time as to not worry about this.

Always love their fried rice, egg rolls, crab rangoons and they have great service. I have dined in, carried out and even delivered from here. Never disappointed. Also very clean and very hospitable staff.

This is the best Chinese food my wife and I have ever had! Whatever the oil they use is top notch! We get something every other Tuesday (mostly the Monglian beef it's amazing...you are welcome) rice and pot stickers are a must too. The high school kids behind the counter do a great job, it's nice they hire kids who want to work after school.

Food is good. I would like to see egg rolls with shrimp or chicken in them. Bigger scallions would be good also.Servers are friendly, atmosphere is nice. 4 stars from me. Get the things above and I give it a 5.
