Fresh and hot...but they are really selfish with napkins and condiments...got three napkins for 10 burgers and one pack of honey mustard for 3orders of chicken rings...when we asked for more he seemed to get kind of annoyed that we asked...he gave us one more honey mustard and like two more napkins...
