Stopped in for dinner one night after a recommendation from a friend. Super glad we did! It's a tiny place, but cozy and nice. Process are unbelievably good, especially since you get soup or salad with every meal along with bread. We were extremely happy with our meals and will be back again for sure!!

Spaghetti w/marinara and side of meatballs is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!
If you have never had it at Johnny's Cafe..... You have to make the trip!!!
I get it to go on my way home from work.
It is always packed very well, stays hot, and a huge portion, so I get to take leftovers to work the next day. Quality is very consistent.
Haven't tried anything else yet cuz I LOVE their meatballs.
    Trust me.....You WILL THANK ME!!!

    Thank you Johnny's Cafe ☆☆☆☆☆

The inside is bright but dated . My waitress was Cassandra. She did a good job in my opinion. Ordered a diet Pepsi from the fountain. The drink was flat. Cassandra offered to replace it. I opted for water. I ordered the double hamburger no fries. My table mates each ordered the Italian beef with fries. The French fries were of the shoe string variety ( shoe string fries are my preference). However they come pre seasoned. ( not my preference). The appetizer we ordered was fried calamari. Upon service of the calamari I found the breading to be light and not dripping with oil. The calamari portion was reasonable for the price. The portion allowed 3 adults to feed off it. We waited about 16 minutes for the lunch entrees. The Italian beef sandwiches were good and they came with a large order of fries. I did try the fries and found them to be crispy even after 15 minutes on the plate after they were served. They were also the correct color which suggest to me that the fryer oil is changed properly and is not open from many uses. Now for the burger. I ordered a double burger no cheese. The burger patties themselves were thin. Reminded me of Burger King only thinner. The burger itself was overdone and dry. I think it was dry because the patties had been flattened on the grill with the high heat allowing whatever natural juices to be squeezed out. I also suspect that they were frozen burger patties. A disappointment for sure. The bun and the condiments that it was served with could not compensate for the damaged burger patties. Now if you like overwhelming char taste with your burgers, then you might like this burger. Overall the lunch was average. The service was good, no complaints there.
