Uncle Julio's Mexican From Scratch

We started our evening with chips, salsa and a tray of ice waters getting dumped on my daughter's back by the waiter. She was soaked.
Apologies from the waiter and another gentlemen who I assume was a manager was appropriate. We were re-seated and never checked on again. For a mistake like that I would have expected a bit more. The waiter was nice enough but way too inexperienced to be on the floor at dinnertime. Otherwise, service was slow, tables cramped together and very expensive. The food was good, portions were plentiful, the chocolate pinata is a fun idea. However, I don't expect to go back since I can get great Mexican food from many other places in the area, for less $$. U.J.'s doesn't justify a special trip for my family and me.

If you are looking for good Tex -Mex food this is the best place to find it. Good food , big portions, great services, pleasant atmosphere ! Strongly recommended their chicken tortilla soup! Table side guacamole it's a must! Everything was delicious!

I absolutely love their whole menu. I've come here for birthdays, graduations, dates, and so much more. Every time I do, the environment and ambiance create a feeling of warmth and comfort. The food is outstanding and super fresh. I cant wait to go back.

Good service and drinks, but I find food to be quite average. Been there 3 times and tried 3 different dishes, all were sort of bland. Not bad, but not great either. Honestly, for me even Taco Bell tastes better.

Unbelievably attentive server and excellent quality food and drinks. Most Mexican restaurants have a predominant flavor and it's salt, this food was not salty and had the natural flavors showcase the dish, like real Mexican food(even though a lot of the menu is Americanized food). The prices were super reasonable and the portions were very generous. The massive basket of fresh made chips was also a nice treat. I also cannot say enough about our server, busboy and the young ladies at the hostess station. Just amazing service.
