(September 26, 2020, 4:22 pm)I have been going to the Renaissance Starbucks since it’s opened and what a wonderful place to be.. for me it’s a neighborhood coffee shop where everyone knows my name and of course know my beverage of choice..the baristas at this location are friendly, outgoing, hardworking friends that I appreciate very much!!... the management at this location is sometimes a bit shaky, as I know it’s a difficult job, but the baristas make up for that... I look forward to go a couple times a day and definitely think this Starbucks is a five ⭐️ location.. thank you for all you do... huge shoutout to Anna and Michelle for all they do!!!...

(May 19, 2020, 1:26 pm)I just want to state how amazing this location and everyone in its team is!! Everyone was nothing but polite, and during times like these a smile can brighten anyone’s day!! Anna went above and beyond to assist me over the phone. I live about 25 minutes away, but I will make the drive any day for service like theirs. Keep up the great work guys, and THANK YOU for working during this time ??
