(February 20, 2019, 12:39 am)The food is delicious. I ordered the tip and shrimp combination with a side of coleslaw. It was so good, i wanted to order another one to go!
The atmosphere was welcoming and the workers were friendly. Toby's have other attractions also, like Karaoke and slot machines. If you are every in Waukegan, you just gotta stop by Toby's. -

(January 6, 2019, 6:08 pm)It was standing room only and parking was hard to find. The music was playing and people were having a good time. It is a very small place but everyone seemed to have a good time. I didn't eat but others said the food was good. They also have a gaming area.

(November 8, 2018, 2:01 am)5 Star Dive Bar. Cheap drinks and food, waitress was friendly. The king of the dives. If you're looking for good food, go elsewhere. If you're looking for something cheap and edible to go with your cheap and drinkable beer, this place is it.
