    Jimmy John's is two bites short of a sandwich and the price is too much for a sandwich like that if you're going to rise the price of your sandwich you should add the quality also more sandwich bigger price that's the way it works not a bigger price for the same sandwich doesn't make sense let's be fair Jimmy John's

    I work in a location nearer to the Riverwoods Jimmy Johns location, so when I needed a sandwich, I called them first. Unfortunately, they either had phone issues, or hung up on me several times after placing me on hold for 5 minutes. THIS location, however, after hearing what had happened was willing to deliver to me even though I was just outside their delivery range. They were incredibly kind and helpful, and as always, freaky fast. 10/10 for customer service. You guys rock!

    I placed an online order, picked it up and when we got home the chips weren't in the bag. They offered to deliver them. They dropped my chips off and gave us cookies for the trouble! So nice and friendly! Thanks
