    I started working there at the age of 14 on the work program with school. Gary Hightower was my boss, and he taught me the meaning of customer service. He instilled the meaning of work ethic, morals, integrity and what customer service was all about. If you are still around Gary... Thank you. If anyone from McDonalds is paying attention... You lost track of what customer service means... It is not how fast you can expedite the order.... It is about the person in front of you.

    Best place to eat in waukegan. You should try the buttermilk sandwich

    This is one of my favorite McDonald's location. The staff is very nice and friendly. The drive thru line is always so long but my food is always hot and fresh. If they mess up they try to fix it fast. Great location to dine in.

    This is McDonald's it's extremely clean and updated with new technology. When you go in to eat you can watch TV on a flat scene TV. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and your orders are done and completed within around 5 minute's you are ready to eat or leave with your good fast food
