(July 20, 2018, 11:04 pm)Well here i go i love the food i know tge owners quit a while my favorite place to eat but lately they hire new cashier at first she was friendly and for some reasons she change like the other couple days we stop by to eat and the sooner we walk in she walk away until we leave i swear this chic she is so fake she only talks to her faborite guys its ok tho i will stop by if she is there i will turn around and leave

(December 5, 2017, 2:39 pm)Great assortment of Mexican dishes, with well balanced flavors and multiple options. Tacos are served with a choice of fillings. Good seafood dishes. Service is very good and helpful. There are so many Mexican restaurants in Waukegan that it is difficult to rise above the lot. Taqueria Toluca doesn't try to outdo anyone, it just does it's simple dishes well.
