Carson's Prime Steaks and Famous Barbecue of Deerfield

The rain was endless this Saturday night! .My husband and I decided to stay in for the evening and order carry out from one of our favorite restaurants, Carsons Ribs and Steaks . Wow, what a great idea I had!! We shared a prime New York strip charcrusted with fresh garlic on top, a double baked potato that literally melted in our mouths, and an order of Mediterranean chicken wings ordered crispy. They were amazing. Even though the steak traveled in a box for nearly 15 minutes till we reached our house it was cooked to perfection and was so very tender. Quality outstanding! Can’t wait for next time.

They can be a little standoffish and slow - I come here at least 9-10 times a year. Never any acknowledgement - good to see you again. Welcome back! Naaaaah. Food is pretty good. So this is all about lunch service.

Hard to properly rate a place during the extreme polar vortex, but overall it was delicious. Cole slaw != Salad

I ordered the bucket of rib tips and I have to say it was the best rib tips I ever tasted. For the money paid it was a good deal. They fill up the bucket to the top. I called for pickup and it was ready in the time they quoted me. Highly recommend this place.
