    First time back in 30 years. Disappointing. Counter service rude. Place smelled like urine. Had to pay when picking up food... why not after ordering? No lemon for fish.

    Can I say this chicken is the best in the IL Valley, in my opinion. Just love it and I hear the cod is amazing.

    No way does friend chicken from anywhere else come even slightly close. Sip-N-Snack's chicken is the best on the planet. I moved away from Mendota but stop in every time I'm in the area. Their pizza looks awesome too, but it's hard to order it when such mouth watering fried chicken awaits. Thanks, Sip-N-Snack, for the wonderful treat!

    If you want to clog your arteries and destroy your liver eating and drinking with friends and family, Sip n Snack is the place for you. Most of the food is extremely greasy and devoid of nutrition, but the place has a casual, friendly feeling to it and is worth going to every once in a while for a fun night out.

    If you want something on the clean side, I recommend the pork tenderloin. It's filling and not very fatty but still flavorful. If you're looking for something more standard, most of the people I go with get fried chicken and seem to like it. Also, if you're going with a group of people, pitchers of beer are cheap and quality. I highly recommend getting one.
