Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

stopped in to grab a quick treat and got through the check out quickly. cashier told us she would bring it out so we sat down to wait. after 15 minutes we went to ask for the ice cream and for some reason they made the items and set them on the counter for us to discover on our own. they did apologize and we got our treats which tasted great. next time I will make sure that I stay at the register until the items are made I guess.

Food is good. Staff is nice. New manager is amazing and very caring. His employees, customers, and store come first.

I must say, I was disappointed with the whole experience. While searching for a restaurant to eat, one suggested Dairy Queen, for the parking lot was close to empty. Once we arrived, the workers there were kind. It took a while for us to be able to order and receive our food. We had quite a few concerns once our meals arrived. A crispy chicken sandwich was alright. The ranch that came with a salad was "sour," one said. The Mango Pineapple smoothie tasted like "grass," said another. One said the chicken tenders were quite delicious. The fries were decent but besides that, we were left a little more than dissatisfied.

We ate there Saturday. It was good food. Music was a little loud and it was a little cold in the dining area, but those are the only complaints we had. Service was good. The food specials were a great deal!
