A variety of tasty dishes that are just the right portion. Always leave here feeling satisfied without the heavy feeling of a less healthy meal. Turkey Club, Buddha Bowls, Paninis, Smoothies, and soups are some of our family's favorites.

We have come here twice since we moved into town. The first time was for my husband's birthday, and we loved it so much we brought his brother back a week later to celebrate his birthday! I had the chicken combo omelette the first time we went, and the breakfast tacos the second time we went. Both meals were absolutely delicious! They also have an espresso bar and plenty of options for coffee! We will definitely be regulars here.

Fantastic choice in the middle of downtown Dixon. It was around 1pm on a Saturday and it wasn’t busy. Jayden was a phenomenal waitress (and manager), She is pleasant and attentive and you could tell she just genuinely enjoys people. My son got a strawberry boba tea and loved it. I ordered the calming smoothie and it was fresh tasting and delicious. The food came quickly and was all plated nicely. My wife had a veggie panini with a salad, and I had the roast beef panini with fries. The paninis were both cooked perfectly and delicious. Her veggies were fresh and vibrant and my beef was seasoned well, and tender. Her salad was fresh and my fries were pretty bland, although they were cooked well. Our youngest had the silver dollar pancakes from the child’s menu and it came on a wooden mickey mouse shaped plate, which was a nice and smart touch. Pancakes were cooked perfectly and served with very fresh strawberries and grapes. My son had the banana nutella “sandwich” on french toast. It disappeared in 2.3 seconds. Our plates were taken away just after we were done, and we had a super pleasant conversation with Jayden. Aside from the fries (and maybe have a horseradish sauce for the beef panini 😋) there was nothing left to be desired. Actually, our expectations were definitely surpassed. Thank you Fresco, and Jayden, for a wonderful experience. We may be back tomorrow! (I totally should of taken pics of the gorgeous food, but I was too focused on eating it. Here’s our 10 y/o with his fresh strawberry boba tea.)

Today was the first time we went to Fresco On First but won't be the last. The service was outstanding and could not have been better and I would have given it 5 Stars had they been handicap accessible. There are at least 3 stairs to go up no matter if you use the front or back entrance. The parking is limited unless you want to walk a ways from the public parking lot.
We had a mix of different types of foods ordered at the table. There was a breakfast skillet, a child's grilled cheese meal, a taco meal, a steak sandwich served with a salad and a chicken coconut curry served with a side salad. There were 2 boba teas ordered and both were very much enjoyed. We also ordered the strawberry banana crepes. Every dish was perfectly prepared, presented and served hot and fresh just as they were ordered. We had a little girl at the table celebrating her birthday and the servers came out with a little dessert cup and sang happy birthday to her making her feel very special.

Fresco on First is a nice shop located in downtown Dixon. I have previously visited under a different name (Ginko Tree). Today, I went in for breakfast. The atmosphere is relaxing. I was greeted by pleasant smiles and helped quickly. I ordered a meat skillet with scrambled eggs and pancakes and tried a couple different teas. The skillet is a good sized portion, it looks appealing and smells even better. The eggs are fluffy and cooked just right, the onions and other vegetables are cut fresh and their flavors and smells compliment the meat and potatoes in the rest of the dish. The pancakes (substituted for toast) are light and fluffy with a hint of sweetness, and cooked to perfection. I ordered two different teas from the menu that I can not remember the names of. One was a coconut Oolong which I enjoyed. Overall I had a very pleasant experience at Fresco on First and will go back for the great service and fresh food.
