    Incredible mead. The owner helped my wife and I find the right mead and chatted with us on his process and upcoming meads. Unpossible is 1000% worth the stop!

    Fantastic mead, nice atmosphere, and a knowledgeable owner. Made a stop here on a trip home from the Chicago area because we like mead and had not tried any from Unpossible. The owner's recommendations did turn out to be our favorites, but we tried all 7 available options and really enjoyed every one. We ended up taking home a few bottles and are looking forward to those and to another visit in the future.

    Such a great atmosphere and delicious mead. A must see in a small town right along route 66!
