    Across the board at all Jimmy John's, if you want light mayo, for sanitary reasons they will not put it in your sandwich for you. If you get an unwich, this is a big ordeal. It is not fun to unwrap your sandwich and put mayo on it yourself. I work in a hospital, do I do understand aseptic techniques. Have someone open the light mayo and squirt it onto your clean surface people. It can be done In a sanitary way! Thanks!
