(August 22, 2019, 7:41 pm)The not so good: In general, Bread Co food is pricey. For the price, I feel they should clear tables for us (sometimes they do and I appreciate it). Also liked some of the deserts that have been removed and that you are limited to a cookie as the .99 add-on. Can get very crowded, especially during lunch, but that's to be expected considering Alton doesn't have a lot of healthier lunch option. All this isn't enough to deter us from going regularly.
The good: Food taste good and I like the healthy choices and fresh ingredients used. Coffee is good and usually recently brewed. Staff is friendly. And free WiFi is always appreciated. Glad they are in our area. -

(August 7, 2019, 5:10 pm)One of my better experiences with this location. My driver was an older gentleman, he was very quick to get my order delivered before the estimated wait time and he was sweet! Wish I knew his name, great customer service!

(March 3, 2019, 6:05 pm)Service is great, people very friendly and helpful. When we asked for special order substitutions, they were gladly done. Gentleman at the register made a point of reminding us of rewards that were about to expire. (BTW if you don't have their rewards card, get one. It's the BEST!) Food was hot, freshly made and delicious. And as always, pastries are SO yummy. Try a souffle if you go for breakfast. Fantastic.
