    Excellent food, margaritas , and service. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. Would highly recommend!

    We dined in during their opening weekend. We waited about 20 minutes after checking and they use a mobile notification service. I really enjoyed the meal and drinks. I will be back again.

    We had lunch today at Agavero - what a treat! The food was fantastic, great service - an overall absolutely wonderful experience....AND I almost never have a designated driver, so today I had a margarita with my lunch and it was FANTASTIC! This is a top notch restaurant - we unanimously recommend it! #WeKnowGoodMexicanFood

    No opening day chaos at all. Service was fast and courteous, food was exemplary, and the decor was elegant (as opposed to the usual "traditional" shabby motif). Can't wait to go back for dinner next time to sample the drink menu and what appears to be a really outstanding dinner menu. Well done guys! Welcome to Collinsville and good luck!
