    Always like supporting local businesses, so tried out The Sandwich Shop Diner for dinner. The Reuben was delicious. My wife has the same thing and she loved it too. Will definitely be back to try a lot more that their menu had to offer. Very friendly waitress and staff.

    Food was fantastic and the waitress (I wish I would have gotten her name) was just awesome. Best service I've had in a very long time. You could really tell that she loves her job!!!

    Great local place for breakfast and lunch. Staff is very friendly. Food is always great, especially the sandwiches, burgers, eggs, well everything! If you ever visit Collinsville, always make sure to take a stop here.

    New owner was able to hire some of the old servers back which makes the place seem normal as soon as you walk in. Breakfast awesome as always but lots & lots of lunch specials to choose from. Monday meatloaf is melt in your mouth with mashed potatoes, gravy & a veggie. Perfect comfort food on a winter day so get there & try it!
