Manager walked around wearing a headset and talking on a cell phone.
Employees were all over the place.
The food was awesome and correct, but many were frustrated with their wait in line while watching the manager walk back and forth on the phone.

This visit was nearly top notch. 4.9 stars. The food was made fresh and the employees seemed attentive and happy that we came in to eat. However, their iced tea needs a little work - it's not very smooth. In the beer world, we call it astringent. Typically it's from brewing too hot and allowing the tannins to leach out of the tea leaves (or grain in my case). Just my two cents worth.

Fast service. Great prices. Good food. I love the French fries!

Some of the best customer service you can get around the city. Accuracy could be better, but still good. The wait time is horrendous though. Huge fan of the peppercorn mushroom melt. I know it isn't very common, but try it!
