(August 3, 2019, 12:00 am)Fire. Absolute fire. I wouldn't classify it as "contemporary Mexican" food. They have chimichangas, tacos, burritos, tamales, etc. The only thing that makes Chava's stand out is the ingredients. It's fresh. And high-quality ingredients. Don't ask them about the seasoning for the Spanish Rice. I tried. They didn't know. It has some sort of seasoning in it...Basil? Rosemary? Something like that. It's fire.

(June 30, 2019, 8:54 pm)Quality food. The salsa wasnt generic like other mexican restaurants. It had actual onions! Tomatoes! And..... cilantro!!!!! Service was friendly and the prices were great.
