Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Delicious food & custard. Best custard I have ever tasted. But incredibly slow counter & drive thru service. 1 person working indoor counter on a Sunday afternoon.

With every visit to Freddy's the employee's are smiling, friendly, and never fail to say "thank you". Even though the food isn't prepared until you order, the wait is never long. Great tasting food, excellent portions, and fantastic customer service. Oh - try the fry sauce. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent service, the fry sauce was fantastic. The burgers are good,they are similar to steak and shake's burgers. The dining area was clean and all the workers seemed busy, but still made sure my group was taken care of.

The skinny fries and the fry sauce are excellent. I wish they had more non-beef options, as well as some type of salad or cole slaw or something as a side. As it is, my choices are basically limited to chicken and fries. Nothing wrong with those - just limits my variety.

Great burger and fries. Fun custard options. Great service. I bugged multiple employees about extra water cups, extra toppings for the kids, etc. and they were all friendly and helpful. Worth your money! Don't go to the similar place across the street...you'll stand 15 minutes just waiting for a clean table with no help and no welcome greeting. Multiple bad experiences there. Multiple good experiences at Freddy's. Thanks for being the obvious choice for a steakburger! Even during a busy crowded Friday lunch rush!!
