Starbucks

The service here was standard so that is not the complaint. The issue is this is the least diverse Starbucks in the area even compared to demographically similar O'Fallon. And don't "but it's a Starbucks" because applicants come in all types and O'Fallon is VERY demographically similar but the store on Highway 50 has many different types of employees. As an African American customer, I notice things like this when I visit a business and it affects how I am treated by other customers during my visit. When I visit this location despite being a Starbucks regular, other customers stare at me as if I'misplaced in the store. Maybe having a healthy mix of employees of color would improve the culture.

It was delicious i recommend the ice Carmel Macchiato with extra Carmel and almond milk

The workers are always friendly and helpful. The drinks are always made correct. The only issue is that the line is usually very long, but in my experience almost always moves very quickly. Be sure to take your dog with you for a puppacino! ? mine love it!
