Imo's Pizza

I am N.Y. pizza kinda guy, I will say I am still a NY pizza guy but the St Louis pizza from Imos was really good I would call it a close 2nd, we had their St Louis package which included pizza, raviolis, cheese balls, and a donut type bread which was amazing. Great food

A little pricey but awesome food

I enjoyed my visit. Love the toasted ravioli and salad bar. Staff was pleasing and service was fast.

My favorite pizza in St. Louis (even though it's in Illinois). The staff is mostly teenagers probably still in high school just trying to earn their paycheck so...take it easy on them. I've only encountered maybe two young ladies who had an attitude or who were a bit snazzy. I've been coming here for a few years since I moved to Illinois so I don't really hold that against them. Everyone has bad days. I would recommend management try to update the training for their employees so that they can get out of the habit of helping customers like robots. I understand that they probably deal with a hundred customers a day so they are just going through the motions, but... c'mon.

Them: Hey, how are you today?

Me: Terrible, I broke my arm today

Them: Great. Are you picking up or ordering?

Anyway, the only reason that I am giving this restaurant 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pizza quality varies depending on the staff that is working that day. I've noticed that when I order a pizza at a certain time on a certain day there is a gentleman on the staff who cooks the pizza to absolute perfection???? Other times, it's pretty much hit or miss. Too much sauce, not enough cheese, 3 pepperonis stuck together to make a super pepperoni, etc. All in all though, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is a fan of thin crust pizza.
