McDonald's

All Illinois fast food is better then Missouri. This McDonald's is great, real fresh taste to the beef and great toast on the buns.

Some of the employees just don't care..so I just keep my fingers crossed and hope the manager is around when I go. Half of the time they do a great job.

Another update. Moved to 3 stars. I've been back and in the last month or so the service is better. Our order taker today was as unenthusiastic as could be, but the manager was nice. Food was good, hot, on time, and correct. Updated review. An even worse experience today. After ordering, we were at 20 minutes waiting for the food and still had eight orders ahead of us. Wife asked for napkins to clean up a small spill. Counter manager grabbed them and literally and purposefully did not hand them to her outstretched hand but set them on the back of the counter. This same manager did something similar to two other people. We left without our food and didn't ask for a refund. I will not go to this one again.
Previous review.... Here was my order... Drive through. 1 large Coke, 1 large Diet Coke, and 1 frozen Coke. The counter person says "I'm not sure which one is which." She hands us the drinks and we drive away. We were missing the Diet Coke. I've said it before about this location. It is poorly run and often messes up the order.
