(July 23, 2019, 6:26 pm)Troy has a hidden gem and it is City Scoops Creamery! I love being able to see them make the ice cream. We went in late one night and was able to talk to the owner about his recipes and all the ingredients are pretty high quality from what we saw.

I’ve never written a review before because I’ve never had an experience anywhere that was worth it, but City Scoops has impressed me enough that I thought I should tell people about it. We will most definitely tell our friends and family to try you guys out! It is such a great addition to the City of Troy, Illinois.
