    AMAZING staff and restaurant! Every employee looks out together and presentable. The staff is all friendly and smiling at you. The food wasn’t messed up and everything was FRESH! I wish I could give them more stars they are doing such a amazing job I just had to tell the manager to keep up the good work. I even saw the managers helping a mom with some small children carrying her tray for her which I thought was extremely generous and thoughtful ! Keep up the good work! I’m from crystal lake and will come here every time! I will never go to the crystal lake location! ????????????????????????????????

    So love my Mc Donald's in Algonquin. ..I am there so early before I start work, 5 a.m., and am always greeted with friendly people...what a great way to begin my day. Thanks.

    We just showed up unannounced swamping this place with about 50 kids & parents on a Saturday morning while there was a foot of freshly dropped snow on the ground. The staff definitely rose to the occasion today & did a great job taking care of everyone. Food was out fast. Garbage cans cleared. Wet floors cleaned up several times. Just a great job by the team here this morning.

    It's McDonald's. You know exactly what you're getting. I suppose, if I were to leave a review for a big chain like McDonalds, I would note that exact point. The times that I have been to this location, the product is always the same, which is great! Always fast. Always hot. Always the same. Great location.

    Fast service ! I don't know what's happening to McDonald's recently, but it is hard to find a clean fast friendly McDonald's in the area. Definitely this restaurant will be the one to visit anytime that I feel eating some good delicious chicken nuggets ! Friendly staff , my order was taken fast , my food was on point. Restaurant was super clean, I saw a lady employee going over the tables to see if they were clean, huge points for that . I noticed some other McDonald's in the area where standard of cleanliness don't seem to be a priority but this place really impressed me
