Wings Etc.

Amazing wings! It is a great place to watch the current game on the numerous TV's or just to hang out with some friends. Menu is fairly large with pently of options ranging from burgers to salads. Prices are great and the food is even better

Friendly staff, fair prices, food came quick, staff is real with customers. Overall food was awesome.

I have been there four times tonight's was technically the worst.
Slow service after seating our selves.
The boneless chicken wings were over done and dry.
The beer menu had a miss print that we didn't see until the check came, a bucket of beers (5) for $5.
They changed $13.
They gave me a $5 coupon with 2 adult entrees for next time.
They said that they could not give me them for $5.
My friend feels lied too. They could of, but they don't want to.

So I walked up to the door of Wings Etc Crystal Lake tonight as the owner and his wife were pulling up to hit a locked door. The owner apologized informing me they were closed for their holiday party. After lifting my jaw from the ground I told him I was coming for a to go order of 50 wings. He hesitated for a second and said “We’ll take care of you.” I’m now sitting at the bar drinking the beer his wife poured me and waiting for the 50 wings that wouldn’t have happened. So thankful. Love this place!!!
