    Great service, food was fresh and warm. Well managed. Please transfer manager to Harwood Heights which is awful so they can properly hire and run store.

    The food was amazing. I had the Maxwell Street polish that was right on point. My family members had beef sandwiches, which they loved. The service was friendly and super fast.

    I had the Italian Sausage with beef. It was good, I just wish it came with pickles or something. The cheese fries were great!

    Always a great experience at portillo's. I usually get an Italian beef, or the beef and sausage combo. Can't beat the cheese fries. If you really feel like building up some good insulin resistance, the chocolate cake shake will take you to the Moon and back.

    The food is obviously a staple, but what impresses me most is that the absolutely CRUSH their drive through. Repeatedly I've come when the line is out of the parking lot and around the corner, but it moves quite fast. They have a good system, and it's clear that they value efficiency.
