This place is amazing! The Waldorf is so tasty it’s hard to find a great sandwich where everything is homemade! The matzo soup tastes so good and so glad we tried the coleslaw!!!! Will definitely be coming back soon. To top it off the customer service was just as equal to the food!! Thank you!!

Today was our first time trying this place after reading so many great reviews! I had to feed our company’s plumbing crew after a big sewer dig, and all four guys chose the Waldorf and raved about it! I got the Gabagool and a Matzo soup... both were amazing! Service was top notch, fast and friendly. I’m so glad to see a new local business like this here. Will definitely be back soon!!

Unbelievable sandwiches! No need to ask "where's the beef?" from here. Owners are good people with a great business concept. Word is spreading quickly about this place. Call ahead, place your order, you wont be disappointed...and you'll be back. I guarantee it.

We stopped in at lunchtime today. The sandwiches were very tasty and the soup was good. The matzo ball was fluffy and tender. The New Yorker was very good according to my wife, and the turkey was good. I'm giving them 4 stars because they have to figure out a better/faster way of getting people out the door. Right now, I would strongly suggest you order online and pick it up. It takes them 10-15 minutes to get sandwiches done. Hopefully, that goes down as they gain experience, but it's far too slow for what they are doing. It needs to drop down to 4-6 minutes.

Nana’s is a welcome addition to the Crystal Lake community. Picked up my order today and it was apparent they were going all out to meet the demand as a new establishment. Kudos to the extra effort and welcoming approach! The food was excellent! Sandwich was delicious with tons of meat and the tomatoes were fresh and flavorful! Matzo ball soup was full of veggies, the broth was spot on and it had that homemade touch! You guys are hitting it outta the park!
