I always look forward to going here. At the present time they're in the process of moving to a new location. I'm familiar with the new place and when they get set up things will be great. The food is always good. Check for the new location and treat yourself. You'll be glad you did.
Despite a complete lack of competence from the management and the owners, this restaurant has a perfect record for providing fantastic food for the last decade I've been coming. Financially, this place is getting run into the ground. Try to get in before they are gone for good, and order some of their REAL food, not some cheap steak. And unless your kids like Mexican cuisine, this is not a restaurant to bring them to (sometimes the kids meals are just pitiful).
My wife and I had a nice meal here food was reasonably priced and tasty. Jen the owner was friendly. Last time in we had a very good sangria
Pablo's offers some typical and not-so-typical Mexican-American cuisine. There are the standard burritos, chimichangas, fajitas, and combo platters as well as some fusion-style burgers and pasta dishes. I decided to be a bit less adventurous on my first trip there and ordered the veggie fajitas. The flour tortillas and filling platter (cheese and sour cream is extra) were all very good. The veggies were decent but seemed like they were sauteed with seasoned salt, which, in my opinion is not typical in Mexican cooking. Regardless, the flavors complimented each other nicely. The only place where the experience faltered was with the house margarita. I have to be honest, I never met a margarita I didn't like until I went to Pablo's. Not sure if it was just a bad mix or if I'm just not used to house margaritas, but this one tasted like a bottle of Slice that had gone flat. All in all, my partner and I had a nice experience. The atmosphere is quite well done, I must say. If you're in the mood for some Mexican-American food, give Pablo's a try. If you're in the mood for straight up Mexican, I might suggest trying elsewhere.
