“Tried this place the first time a couple of years ago and absolutely hated it. Tried it again last year a couple of times and today and every time its been sooo good. The portions are big and always arrive steaming. Always get a big bag of condiments. The delivery guy is very nice. I would recommend for everyone to give them a try! Lora provided exceptional service and the rest of the staff was very attentive as well. The dishes we had were as good as they look in the pictures I took. Highly recommended!!! Went for breakfast with friends yesterday. Very friendly service. Food was excellent and special requests (crispy bacon & well done hash browns) were executed to a "T". Highly recommend.”

Sometimes you have a great server and other times you have to call over servers working other areas to help you out. I recommend for the food, but only if you are not in a hurry to eat and leave.”

“Food was fantastic! The ambiance was a little odd though. There was no dance floor, there was no DJ playing, it was a Sunday night and yet the music was so loud my group had to scream to be able to hear anything. Our server was pretty rude. She walked up to us and didn't even greet us or anything just said "I'll need a card to start your tab" very unwelcoming. I MIGHT try coming during the week so see if it's like a normal restaurant since the food was so good but I really didn't care for the insanely loud music. It wasn't even good music either.”

“Have been 5-6 times since opening. The food and service are consistently above average which they should be for the price. Ambiance is nice. But, the space is loud when busy and live music on top makes dinner conversation challenging. Sadly, during our last visit for dinner on 1/19/19, the entire dining room smelled like the pool room at Country Inn & Suites. Can only assume it was 'chlorine day' for the water features. None the less it made the entire dining experience unappetizing. If it smells like that on our next visit we will go elsewhere.”

“Quaint place that had a really talented acoustic artist. The food was surprisingly good (4 out of 5), Thank goodness, because there were only 4 main dish choices! (Two were already unavailable at 6:15pm??) Yes, that's a total of 6 main dish choices on the menu on a God day. A somewhat limited menu? There were some specials for the night, but they were posted on the wall to far for me to read and I I didn't even see them until after we got our meal and then our waitress (who looked like she hadn't washed her hair in three weeks which really scared me as to kitchen quality) never mentioned the specials and by the time she finally came to our table at about the hour mark for our dinner order, I was willing to just about eat any of the four dishes. Waitress was slow, but nice. Overall, Good atmosphere, Good food and okay service. I might give it another chance.”

“We went to the Carlos Mexican Grill 3 for a birthday dinner and had a wonderful time. The staff was excellent and made my son feel very special. At the end of the night we left to brush the snow off our car and our waitress ran out in the snow to flag us down. We had left a birthday card and gift at the table. We will be going back again very soon. We highly recommend this place.”

They did get one sandwich wrong and we called when we got home and they agreed to replace the entire order in a later date which really went above and beyond what was expected of them... “I had never had Thai food before coming to this restaurant but the fact that I have been here multiple times since is proof that the food is amazing. The owner is there on regular basis, is extremely friendly and makes sure everything is perfect. I've only ever had one item brought out that tasted off but after telling them this it was completely replaced and it was great, I've been coming here since 2014 so the fact that I've only ever had one experience that was not perfect is a great achievement as I can't bring to mind one other place like that. You will never regret coming here, large portions make the slightly higher prices well worth it and friendly service is always appreciated. Keep doing amazing work Krystal Thai!”
