Service is awesome! Staff is always very friendly and seem supportive of one another. Did its a-ok. Lemonade is too syrupy and mixed drinks too sweet
WE CELEBRATED A FRIEND'S BIRTHDAY AT THE MCHENRY LOCATION....THE SERVICE AND FOOD WERE WONDERFUL! I LOVE THAT THEY HAVE BOTH WHEELCHAIR RAMP ACCESS OUTSIDE NEAR THE DOOR AND INSIDE SO WE COULD SIT WHERE WE WANTED ON THE RAISED LEVEL! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 STARS IF IT WASN'T FOR THE DRASTIC TEMP. FLEXES IN THE BACK AWAY FROM THE DOOR! ! JUST BE PREPARED WITH A SWEATER ! THE STAFF DID THEIR BEST TO TRY TO HELP THAT ONE PROBLEM! THE FOOD WAS AWESOME!
Good atmosphere. Server friendly, helpful with order. I had chicken, but not cooked well enough for me. So would not order chicken from there again. But rest of food was good.
Haven't been here for about 2 years now... They said it would be a 45 minute wait... Our party counted 10 tables empty!
So we brought it to the hostess attention and we got seated within 10 minutes... waitress was very pleasant, food was delicious ( kudos to the chef )... price within range for the quality of the food. I'd recommend this casual dress for a wonderful time out.
Great experience. Our server, Jenny, was fantastic, very friendly and very aware of our needs, we never had an empty glass. Although the restaurant was super busy we got our food quickly. It was hot and delicious. All of the staff was friendly and showed to be busy helping, cleaning or serving. Great job Applebee's, we will definitely return.
