The people here are either the happiest people in customer service, or put on the best facade ever known to man. Either way, they are great at what they do at this location. Never any mistakes, super happy people, and all out great experiences.

Shane(I hope this his name) was wonderful, pleasant and greeted me as soon as I walk in ..thats what you call customer service ???very clean inside

Shane is super friendly! Despite having to wear the mask, I could he had a smile on his face! He talked to me like a human and not just a customer. Employing people like him who ask you about who you are rather than just what drink you want, is a huge deal. Especially with this world and how it's going now. The older woman in the early morning is also an amazing employee. I apologize I dont know her name but she always mentions my nails looking pretty! Such a sweetheart! Thank you for turning my day around Starbucks on Elm!

I love the friendliness of these employees. They make me want to come back every day! Never seen such energetic happy people. Amazing job Elm Street!
