I want to preface that I am Honduran and of course, I know a taste from "home". If you're reading this review, expect authentic flavor but also, unique to their style. Fresh flour tortillas made by hand, for the baleadas. I also tried the pollo con tajadas, it is the traditional taste from this street style popular dish. I bought the mantequilla (sour cream) and queso (cheese) by the pound, it is delicious. Prices are fair, considering the size of their portions. Also, considering in 1 baleada you can be eating a full meal. My best wishes for this family on entrepreneurs in the McHenry area.

P.S: Upgrades are coming soon, per the owners. They are still working out some details. This is just from my interaction with them.

This is the best Honduras restaurant I’ve ever been to! The place is clean and organized. The food got out really fast even though we were a family of 5. They have a good menu as a starter in opening a food place. Now, we each ordered a different plate and they didn’t disappoint with the amazing flavors they each have. I highly recommend!
