    I want to know what the point of the side “to go” door is. Every time my husband and I order to go they never let us in the door. Either no one is by the door or we get ignored standing right by it. It’s always locked by the way. We went tonight to pick up our order and the girl opened the door but instead of letting him told him to go around the building to the front. WHY HAVE A TO GO DOOR IF YOU DONT LET PEOPLE USE it!!!!!

    Had a wonderful Mother's day lunch with my daughter. It was very special my 1st time at Chili's Grill & Bar and will definitely go back. The food and atmosphere was excellent and you do not leave hungry????????
    Also our waitress was very sweet and helpful which always makes dining out a great experience.

    Always crowded, expect a lengthy wait at peak times. Food is good, service is usually very good. Older, but well maintained store.

    As always the pasta was great. I love coming here whenever I can. The salad was good but the cheese cake was way too sweet for me.

    Has to wait for 20 minute to get table and 15min to get food on table that you order. We ordered spicy shrimp tacos and chicken and shrimp fajitas. We expected spicy shrimp tacos to be spicy no luck, mildly sweet version. Fajitas are good
    Actually When I searched looking for Mexican food, a Chili’s is also an option that popped in google search. But it more American food or mix of both.
    The thing I like is ambiance and waiters are friendly and smiling.
