Best Pizza hands down. Tony was great and very passionate about Rosati's Pizza.
Definitely recommend to EVERYONE.
I had placed an order for pickup and when I arrived I had to wait an additonal 20 minutes over what they said on phone. They were apologetic about it and the pizza was pretty good. Just didn't like the wait. Pizza was about 4 stars. I think they have some new staff so lets see if it gets better next time .

I ordered a pizza online from the Rosati's on Prospect in Bloomington. I was charged and my order was confirmed. After an hour I called the restaurant and didn't get an answer. My husband went by the store only to find out the store had lost power. My husband spoke to an employee, who was rude and treated him as if we were the ones to inconvience her. Her attitude was so unpleasant and she din't want to give her name or answer his questions about what we should do with our card having been charged. We had to call or bank and have to charge reversed.
Later today the owner called me to find out what happened. I was plaesed that he was considerate enough and that he valued our business. He apologized for the inconvience, reimbursed the payment and even gave us credit for food.???? I am very satisfied with how this situation was worked out.
This management team and staff are some of the best I have ever dealt with. I am a manager at another restaurant and was very impressed with there manager Tonight. We called the Bloomington location after being hung up on by the normal location after complaining about there food and service. Not only did she contact the store personally after I called the normal location four times to no answer but she even brought us out new food to make us happy even though it wasn't her store that messed up. She didn't want the company to have a bad reflection of them since this was my first time trying their food. I will always be a customer of this location but will never go back to normal location.
